We can help improve your recruitment process:
- Define what success looks like. The starting point of any recruitment process is to be crystal clear about the
outcomes required for the positions you are trying to fill, with a view to future needs as well as the immediate.
- Find great candidates. We can help find a seam of candidates through advertising, databases, social networking and working with our recruitment partners.
- Find the best. To narrow down a large volume of applicants to a shortlist, in addition to traditional CV screening and telephone interviews
we offer online screening tests. These are inexpensive, objective and efficient.
- In-depth assessment and selection. Once you have a short-list we carry out detailed assessment, weighing the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate using:
- personality, cognitive ability, business reasoning and values psychometric tests.
- skills tests.
- competency based interviews.
- assessment centres.
- executive assessment (i.e. more probing interviews suitable for more senior candidates).
- Onboarding. Coaching for the first 90 days to help successful candidates get up to full speed in their new role as quickly as possible.
- Evaluation. We perform statistical analyses of your hiring practices, to identify what works and what does not, and feed the findings back to improve the selection process.

- Performance Management. We advise on the use of psychological principles to help motivate people to achieve more.
A wide range of levers are available to change behaviour and improve productivity, including: unlocking intrinsic motivation; goal setting; shaping organizational culture; and the design of reward systems, both financial and non-financial.
- Exit Surveys. Understanding why people leave voluntarily is a useful barometer of organizational health. Is it stress? managerial behaviour? relative pay? lack of opportunities for advancement? This powerful feedback, if acted upon, can significantly improve retention levels.
- Validation studies.
We can review your recruitment processes to establish the numbers of new hires who leave early, or perform better or worse than expected,

- Human Capital Analytics.
